At Kowtow, we are committed to ethical production and your complete satisfaction. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached in the original compostable packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
